DC link voltage too high

SEW Eurodrive · Drives

¿Qué significa 07 ?

The DC link voltage within the inverter has exceeded its permissible maximum threshold. This typically indicates an issue with regenerative energy returning to the drive or an overvoltage condition on the supply voltage.

Causas comunes

  • Excessive regenerative energy from the motor (e.g., during rapid deceleration)
  • Overvoltage condition on the incoming AC supply voltage

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Measure input AC supply voltage at the drive's L1, L2, L3 terminals and compare against the drive's nominal input voltage rating.

  2. 2

Verify drive parameters related to nominal supply voltage and overvoltage trip thresholds are correctly configured for the actual mains supply.

  3. 3

Inspect the external braking resistor and its connection cabling for physical damage, loose terminals, correct impedance, and proper functionality (if installed and enabled).

  4. 4

Verify the drive's deceleration ramp times are set appropriately for the connected motor and mechanical load to prevent excessive regenerative energy.
