¿Qué significa F013 ?

The drive displays an F013 fault when the Motor thermal state (808) exceeds 118%. This indicates that the motor is operating beyond its safe thermal limits, risking damage to the motor windings.

• The motor's thermal state (808) has exceeded 118% of its rated thermal capacity.
• Excessive mechanical load on the motor, leading to higher than normal current draw.
• Insufficient cooling for the motor, such as blocked ventilation fins or a malfunctioning motor fan.
• Incorrect motor nameplate data or overload protection parameters configured in the drive.

   Reduce the mechanical load on the motor to bring its operating current within safe limits.

   Check the motor's cooling system for proper operation, clear any obstructions from cooling fins, and ensure adequate airflow around the motor.

   Monitor the Motor thermal state (808) parameter in the Monitoring mode (MOn) to observe the motor's thermal condition.

   Verify that all motor parameters in the drive (e.g., motor nominal current, motor overload curve) accurately match the motor's nameplate data.

   Allow the motor to cool down before attempting to restart the drive.
