¿Qué significa F011 ?

This fault occurs when the Drive thermal state (809) exceeds 118%. It indicates that the internal temperature of the drive has risen above its safe operating limits, potentially leading to derating or damage to power components.

• The drive's thermal state (809) has exceeded 118% of its safe operating limit.
• High ambient temperature in the installation area exceeding the drive's specifications.
• Blocked ventilation openings or insufficient airflow around the drive, hindering heat dissipation.
• Malfunctioning internal cooling fan of the drive, preventing proper heat removal.

   Monitor the Drive thermal state (809) parameter in the Monitoring mode (MOn) to check the current drive temperature.

   Ensure adequate clearance around the drive for proper airflow and verify that all ventilation openings are free from dust and obstructions.

   Check that the ambient temperature around the drive is within the specified operating limits for the Altivar ATV310 series.

   Verify the functionality of the drive's internal cooling fan; clean or replace if faulty.

   Reduce the load on the drive if possible, especially if operating close to its maximum capacity in high ambient temperatures.
