The calculated thermal load of the brake resistor has reached the warning threshold defined by parameter 0x2550:008 (P707.08), indicating excessive regenerative energy. The warning resets when the thermal load drops 20% below this threshold.

• Excessive or frequent regenerative braking events due to rapid deceleration of a high-inertia load.
• Brake resistor's power rating is insufficient for the application's regenerative energy dissipation requirements.
• Brake resistor's specified resistance value (P707.00) is incorrectly set in the drive, leading to miscalculation of thermal load.
• Poor ventilation or inadequate cooling around the brake resistor, causing actual temperature to exceed calculated limits.
• Loose or corroded connections to the brake resistor terminals (e.g., B1, B2) causing increased resistance and heat.
