An open circuit or short circuit condition has been detected at analog output 2. This could prevent proper signal transmission to connected devices.

• Open circuit in the wiring connecting Analog Output 2 (e.g., X4.3, X4.4) to the external receiving device.
• Short circuit between the Analog Output 2 signal line and ground, or another adjacent conductor.
• The input of the connected receiving device is shorted internally, placing an excessive load on Analog Output 2.
• Overload on Analog Output 2 due to an improper load impedance, drawing current beyond the output's rating.
• Sustained overvoltage or overcurrent conditions on Analog Output 2 leading to component failure.
