- Acceleration/deceleration ramp time (e.g., P1-08, P1-09) set too short for the mechanical load inertia.
- Motor or mechanical system is overloaded, preventing it from reaching commanded speed (e.g., current >150% rated).
- Mechanical binding or excessive friction in the driven equipment (e.g., seized bearings, obstructed movement).
- Insufficient motor torque due to incorrect motor parameters (e.g., P1-01 rated power) or low supply voltage.
- Encoder feedback not working correctly, causing the drive to misinterpret motor speed (e.g., no pulses, incorrect scaling P7-02).

1. Increase the acceleration ramp time (P1-08) and/or deceleration ramp time (P1-09) by 50% and re-test the system.
