A vibration sensor (DUV10A) is signaling a warning, indicating unusual vibration levels in the drive. The system can continue operation for now, but the underlying cause of vibrations needs to be determined and addressed to prevent escalation to a critical fault and potential equipment damage.

• Mechanical unbalance in rotating components (e.g., motor rotor, fan impeller) exceeding 0.05 mm/s RMS.
• Misalignment between motor and driven equipment shafts (e.g., angular or parallel offset >0.05 mm).
• Worn bearings in the motor, gearbox, or driven machine, causing increased radial or axial play.
• Loosened mounting bolts on the motor, gearbox, or machine frame, leading to structural resonance.
• Resonant frequencies within the mechanical structure excited by operational speeds (e.g., above 1500 RPM).

   1. Measure vibration levels at motor bearings, gearbox, and driven load points using a calibrated vibration analyzer.

   2. Perform laser alignment verification between the motor shaft and driven equipment input shaft; adjust if deviation exceeds 0.05 mm.
