This fault indicates an overtemperature condition on the heat sink of a KPP or KSP drive unit for an axis. Prolonged high temperatures can degrade component lifespan and lead to drive shutdown.

• High ambient temperature around the cabinet
• Excessive load in the robot program causing high heat generation
• Dirt or obstruction in the cooling circuit of the drive
• Blocked ventilation slits or insufficient clearance at the installation site

   Check cabinet fan for proper operation and air flow.

   Measure ambient temperature around the KPP/KSP cabinet.

   Inspect cooling circuit for dirt or obstructions and clean as necessary.

   Reinitialize the drive bus by cycling Power Off / Power On.
