The platform right button is detected in an ON position, even without operator input. This is a warning only.

• Platform right button stuck in an active state.
• Wiring fault causing the switch input to be continuously active.
• Faulty switch contacts or internal damage.

   Inspect the physical "Platform Right Button" for mechanical binding, debris, or any visible damage that would cause it to remain actuated.

   Verify the electrical signal at the input terminals of the Kone Elevator Control module corresponding to the "Platform Right Button" while the button is not pressed, to ensure it is correctly reporting an OFF state.

   Measure the continuity and resistance of the wiring from the "Platform Right Button" to its respective input terminal on the Kone Elevator Control module, checking for shorts to power, ground, or open circuits.

   Check the relevant input configuration parameters within the Kone Elevator Control software/HMI for the "Platform Right Button" to ensure correct assignment and debounce settings.
