• Defective Axis 2 encoder, failing to generate a marker pulse or generating a continuous pulse.
• Incorrectly set homing parameters (e.g., Parameter 48 or 49) preventing proper marker pulse search for Axis 2.
• Noise or interference on the encoder feedback lines disrupting Axis 2 marker pulse detection.
