+24V/+-15V/+5V fault power supply unit
Indramat · CLM01.3-M Flying Cutoff Control
Hva betyr F369 ?
This fault indicates control voltage interference from the power supply unit, affecting the +24V, ±15V, or +5V auxiliary voltages, suggesting an issue with the power supply's ability to provide stable control power.
Vanlige årsaker
- Maximum permissible load has been exceeded on one or more control voltage supplies (+24V, ±15V, +5V).
- Short-circuit in wiring connected to control voltage outputs used outside of the drive system.
- Internal defect within the power supply unit.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
De-energize the power supply unit and associated drive system, and ensure proper lockout procedures are followed.
- 2
Systematically disconnect external loads or control voltage bus connections to other drive controllers from the power supply unit. Re-energize and check if the fault clears to identify an overloaded circuit.
- 3
With control voltage connections removed, use a multimeter to check for short circuits on the +24V, +15V, -15V, and +5V lines. Verify that the load on each supply is within the permissible limits.
- 4
Measure the actual output voltages (+24V, +15V, -15V, +5V) from the power supply unit under no-load and then with connected loads, comparing them to nominal values.
- 5
If the fault persists after verifying external loads and wiring for shorts, the internal control voltage generation circuitry within the Indramat power supply unit is likely defective. Arrange for replacement of the unit.
