Hva betyr Ptxx.NoLoad ?
This boolean tag indicates a 'no load' fault condition for an output point. A tag value of '1' signifies that the signal wire has been disconnected from one of its terminals or the Removable Terminal Block (RTB) has been removed from the module, or no load current is detected.
Vanlige årsaker
- Signal wire disconnected from the Ptxx output terminal on the Removable Terminal Block (RTB).
- Removable Terminal Block (RTB) for the output module is not fully inserted or properly seated.
- A break in the load circuit wiring for output Ptxx.
- The connected load device itself is disconnected or has an internal open circuit.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
Visually inspect the signal wire connection at the Ptxx output terminal on the module's Removable Terminal Block (RTB) for secure termination.
- 2
Ensure the Removable Terminal Block (RTB) is fully inserted and latched into the module's base.
- 3
Use a multimeter to check for continuity of the signal wire from the output terminal Ptxx to the connected load device.
- 4
Verify that no-load detection is enabled for the specific output channel Ptxx by checking the Ptxx.NoLoadEn parameter in Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
