Transducer Loss / PI Feedback Ref Missing Fault

¿Qué significa TL ?

The iQpump has detected that the feedback device (transducer) has either failed or become disconnected. This detection occurs when the feedback level falls below the percentage threshold defined in parameter b5-13 and remains in this state for the duration specified in parameter b5-14. Depending on the setting of parameter b5-12, this condition can either trigger an alarm or a fault, leading to the pump system stopping.

• Failure or disconnection of the feedback device (transducer).
• Feedback signal falling below the percentage level set in b5-13 (PI Feedback Loss Detection Level).
• Feedback signal remaining below the detection level for longer than b5-14 (PI Feedback Loss Detection Time).
• Incorrect wiring, power supply loss, or damage to the transducer's signal or power lines.

   Verify parameter b5-12 (PI Feedback Ref Missing Detection Selection) to understand if the system is configured for an alarm (1) or a fault (2) under this condition.

   Measure the feedback signal directly at the transducer output terminals (e.g., 4-20mA or 0-10V) and compare it to the expected operational range.

   Verify the wiring integrity and connections between the transducer and the iQpump's analog input terminals (e.g., A1/SC).

   Check the transducer's power supply (e.g., 24VDC) for presence and correct voltage.

   Verify parameters b5-13 (PI Feedback Loss Detection Level) and b5-14 (PI Feedback Loss Detection Time) are configured appropriately for the system's feedback characteristics.
