LFB/LW

Low Feedback/Water Fault

Yaskawa · iQpump Simplex Pump Drive

¿Qué significa LFB/LW ?

The iQpump has detected that the feedback signal level has fallen below the programmed threshold (P1-07) and remained below this level for the duration specified in parameter P1-08. This condition triggers a fault, causing the iQpump to coast to a stop for system protection. This fault function is only active during running in auto mode.

Causas comunes

  • Feedback signal level falling below the P1-07 (Low Feedback Level) threshold.
  • Sustained low feedback level for a period exceeding P1-08 (Low Feedback Level Fault Delay Time).
  • Actual low water level or insufficient process variable in the system.
  • A faulty feedback transducer providing a continuously low or zero signal.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

Verify parameter P1-07 (Low Feedback Level) is set to the correct minimum allowable feedback value for the system.

  2. 2

Verify parameter P1-08 (Low Feedback Level Fault Delay Time) is set appropriately to detect sustained issues without nuisance tripping.

  3. 3

Measure the actual process variable (e.g., water level, pressure) and compare it to the feedback signal reported by the iQpump.

  4. 4

Check the feedback transducer for proper operation and inspect its wiring and connections for integrity.
