¿Qué significa UL3 ?

This error suggests a machine fault, such as a broken pulley belt, or incorrect load parameters causing the motor to operate with insufficient torque. The drive triggers this error if the output current falls below the level set in L6-02 for a duration exceeding L6-03. This can lead to process disruptions or damage if the motor is allowed to run under these conditions.

• Motor output torque falls below the pre-set minimum limit (P4-07).
• Low load condition or motor stalled against a light obstruction.
• Incorrectly sized motor for very light loads.
• Drive is commanding torque insufficient to overcome friction.

   Thoroughly examine the machine for any mechanical issues like broken belts or loose couplings and rectify the cause.

   Adjust the L6-02 [Torque Detection Level 1] and L6-03 [Torque Detection Time 1] parameters to accurately reflect the normal operating torque of the application.

   Perform a Fault Reset to clear the error after the underlying problem is resolved.
