¿Qué significa CP1 ?

This fault indicates that the value being monitored by Comparator 1 (as selected by H2-20) has fallen within the predefined limits set by H2-21 (Lower Limit) and H2-22 (Upper Limit). This typically signifies an unexpected condition within the monitored parameter that has triggered the comparator's protection function. Depending on the monitored parameter, this could indicate an underspeed, overcurrent, or other critical process deviation, requiring immediate attention to prevent system damage or operational failure.

• Analog input signal (P5-01) or digital input signal (P5-02) exceeded comparator 1 limit.
• External sensor signal out of range.
• Limit switch activation beyond expected parameters.
• Incorrectly configured comparator threshold.

   Examine the monitor value selected in H2-20 [Comparator 1 Monitor Selection] and the set limits (H2-21, H2-22) to understand the exact condition that triggered the fault.

   Identify and remove the root cause of the monitor value entering the defined range, adjusting process parameters, load, or external sensors as needed.

   If the comparator settings are incorrect for the application, adjust H2-20, H2-21, and H2-22 as needed.

   Review H2-01 to H2-03 (MFDO Function Selection) and H2-33 (Comparator1 Protection Selection) to ensure the desired fault response is configured. Perform a Fault Reset.
