¿Qué significa CPF23 ?

An option board is not correctly connected to the control board or an option board that is not made for the Drive is attached. This indicates a physical connection issue or hardware mismatch, risking improper communication or drive malfunction.

• Option board is not fully seated or improperly aligned within the drive's dedicated option slot.
• Incompatible option board model installed that is not designed for the specific drive series.
• Bent or damaged connector pins on either the option board or the drive's internal receiving slot.
• Debris or foreign material inside the option board slot preventing full insertion or electrical contact.
• Internal hardware fault on the drive's control board preventing correct recognition of the option board.

   Power down the drive, remove the option board, and carefully re-insert it ensuring it is fully and correctly seated.

   Verify the part number of the installed option board against the drive's manual for compatibility with the specific model.

   Inspect the connector pins on both the option board and the drive's slot for any signs of bending, damage, or contamination.

   Clean the option board connector and the drive's slot using compressed air or a non-conductive cleaner.

   Test the option board slot with a known-good, compatible option board to isolate whether the fault is with the board or the drive slot.
