The drive's current measurement system has detected that the sum of the motor phase currents is not zero, indicating a leakage current to earth. This is typically caused by an insulation malfunction in the motor cables or within the motor windings itself, posing a risk of electrical shock or further equipment damage.

• Current leakage to chassis or ground detected.
• Insulation failure in motor windings or power circuitry.
• Faulty grounding connection.

   Inspect the motor cables for any signs of damage, compromised insulation, or moisture ingress.

   Perform an insulation resistance test (megger test) on the motor windings and cables to earth, and between phases, to identify insulation breakdowns.
