An input line phase is missing, indicating a loss of one or more phases in the AC supply to the drive. This could be due to an open circuit in the supply cabling, a blown fuse, or a power distribution issue. Operating with a missing phase can damage the drive's input rectifier.

• Input AC power phase is missing or unbalanced.
• Faulty input power rectifier or smoothing circuit.
• Loose connection on the AC input terminals.
• External power source fluctuation.
• Overload on the input stages.

   Measure the phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral supply voltages at the drive's input terminals — verify all phases are present and balanced.
