Over-current in output stage

¿Qué significa 01 ?

An excessive current flow has been detected in the inverter's output stage, indicating a potential short circuit. This can occur between motor phases, between a phase and ground, or within the motor winding itself. Such an event poses a significant risk of damage to the inverter's power components and potentially the motor.

• Short circuit on the inverter output.
• Short circuit between the inverter output and the motor cable.
• Short circuit within the motor winding.

   Check the connection between the inverter output and the motor for short circuits using a multimeter (phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground resistance).

   Perform a winding resistance test on the motor to check for internal short circuits.

   Reset the fault by switching off the DC 24 V supply voltage to the inverter for at least 10 seconds.
