This internal fault indicates an issue with the drive's internal EEPROM memory. Similar to EEF, this points to potential data corruption or a hardware failure within the non-volatile memory storing operational parameters. Such a fault can compromise drive stability, lead to incorrect settings, or cause operational failure.

• Permanent corruption of core operating parameters stored in the drive's internal EEPROM.
• Faulty EEPROM memory chip on the control board, leading to persistent read/write errors.
• Internal communication error between the main processor and the EEPROM memory device.
• Voltage instability on the control board specifically affecting EEPROM read/write operations.
• Wear-out of the EEPROM due to exceeding its rated number of write/erase cycles.

   1. Power cycle the drive and check if the fault clears after a complete shutdown and restart.

   2. Attempt a full parameter reset to factory defaults (e.g., Parameter P1-12 = 1 or 2) to force a rewrite of the EEPROM.
