¿Qué significa 1 ?

The Device Level Ring (DLR) protocol has detected a fault, indicating a break in the ring topology. This condition compromises network redundancy and may lead to interrupted network traffic or communication failures within the ring.

Causas comunes

  • Physical cable break in one of the DLR ports of a device.
  • Failure of a device integrated into the DLR, causing a disruption in the ring path.
  • Misconfiguration of a DLR port that prevents proper ring closure or communication.

    Access the "DLR Status Information" web page (Figure 4-34) and click the "Verify Fault Location" button to identify the IP addresses of "Last Node Port 1" and "Last Node Port 2" where the error is detected.

    Physically inspect the cabling and connections at the devices identified by "Last Node Port 1" and "Last Node Port 2" for any signs of damage, disconnections, or loose contacts.

    Check the operational status and diagnostic logs of the devices connected at the identified fault locations for internal errors or power issues.
