Multi-step Speed References 1-15 Conflict with Jump Frequency
Omron · MX2 Inverter
¿Qué significa 086 ?
This warning indicates that one or more of the multi-step speed references (A021-A035) are set to a value that conflicts with a defined jump frequency range (A063/A065/A067 ± A064/A066/A068). Operating at such a speed can cause mechanical resonance in the machine, potentially leading to damage or instability.
Causas comunes
- One or more of A021-A035 (Multi-step Speed References) were configured to a frequency value that falls within a defined jump frequency band (e.g., A063 ± A064).
- Jump frequency parameters (A063-A068) were configured such that one of the bands unintentionally overlaps with an active multi-step speed reference.
- The intended operating frequency for a specific multi-step speed is within a range that needs to be avoided due to mechanical resonance in the system.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Access multi-step speed reference parameters A021 through A035 and the jump frequency parameters A063 (Jump Freq 1), A064 (Jump Freq 1 Width), A065 (Jump Freq 2), A066 (Jump Freq 2 Width), A067 (Jump Freq 3), A068 (Jump Freq 3 Width).
- 2
Calculate the exact jump frequency bands (e.g., A063 minus A064 divided by 2 to A063 plus A064 divided by 2).
- 3
Identify which specific multi-step speed references (A021-A035) fall within any of the defined jump frequency bands.
- 4
For each conflicting multi-step speed reference, adjust its value to fall outside of all defined jump frequency bands.
- 5
Alternatively, if the multi-step speed references cannot be changed, redefine the jump frequency parameters (A063-A068) to ensure their bands do not overlap with any critical multi-step speeds.
- 6
Save the parameter changes and power cycle the drive. Then re-check the parameter values and test operation using all affected multi-step speed references.
