• Inadvertent manual input of A061 (Frequency Upper Limit) to a value greater than the drive's inherent maximum frequency (A004).
• Software bug or corrupted parameter memory leading to an incorrect default value for A061 after a reset or firmware update.
• Restoration of an incompatible parameter backup from a different drive model with a higher A004 setting.
