The IndraDrive MPx02's integrated safety technology is missing a required safety-related reference. This reference could be a specific position, velocity, or direction, which is crucial for safety functions like Safe Operating Stop or Safe Position monitoring. Without it, the safety system cannot guarantee safe operation.

• The axis has not been safely homed or a safety-related reference point has not been established.
• A critical encoder or sensor providing safety-related feedback is not active, has failed, or is incorrectly configured.
• Incorrect parameterization of safety functions that require a validated reference position.
• Loss of absolute position information for safety-related monitoring functions.
• An invalid or unstable signal from a safety-related feedback device.
