A general system error has occurred within the IndraDrive MPx02's integrated safety technology. This indicates a fundamental issue with the safety module's operation, its internal diagnostics, or its communication, leading to a critical safety shutdown and inability to operate safely.

• Internal hardware fault within the safety module of the IndraDrive MPx02.
• Critical software or firmware error in the safety processor, potentially due to corruption.
• Severe internal communication error between the safety module and the main drive controller.
• External electromagnetic interference affecting safety circuits or internal safety components.
• Parameter corruption affecting the safety system's core functionality.

   Perform a full power cycle of the IndraDrive MPx02 to reset the safety module and check if the error clears.

   Check for any specific diagnostic LEDs on the safety module itself that might indicate an internal fault code.
