This prevents the drive from entering a verified safe mode, indicating a potential safety risk and requiring re-configuration.

• The selected safety-related operating mode is not configured correctly or completely.
• A conflict exists between different safety function settings or parameters.
• Parameters defining the operating mode have been corrupted or improperly modified.
• The requested safety-related operating mode is not supported by the current safety configuration or firmware version.
• Incorrect sequence of activation for safety operating modes.
