• Loose or damaged Encoder 2 cable connections at either the encoder or the IndraDrive MPx02.
• Electrical noise interference on Encoder 2 signal lines due to inadequate shielding or cable routing.
• Faulty Encoder 2 or internal sensor components.
• Incorrect encoder 2 parameterization in the drive (e.g., resolution, signal type) leading to signal misinterpretation.
• Mechanical issues affecting the encoder 2 mounting or coupling to the shaft.

   Power down the drive and inspect all connections of Encoder 2 at both the encoder and the IndraDrive MPx02, ensuring they are clean, tight, and correctly wired.
