This status code indicates that the Fronius Primo GEN24 208-240 inverter has received an external shutdown command. This typically originates from an external control device, such as a ripple control receiver or utility command, or a wiring issue in the external control input.

• An external control signal (e.g., from a utility ripple control receiver) is active, commanding the inverter to shut down.
• A wiring issue to the external control input, such as damage or an incorrect connection, is falsely activating the shutdown command.
