AMT Motor Nameplate Data Inconsistency
Danfoss · VLT 2800 Variable Speed Drive
¿Qué significa 51 ?
This fault indicates an inconsistency in the registered motor data that prevents successful Automatic Motor Tuning (AMT). The drive's internal checks have found a mismatch between the provided motor parameters and expected values, which can lead to incorrect motor characterization and suboptimal performance.
Causas comunes
- Inaccurate or conflicting motor nameplate data entered into parameters P3-01 through P3-10 (e.g., rated current vs. rated power).
- The connected motor's physical characteristics (e.g., impedance) do not align with the entered nameplate data during internal validation.
- Attempting to tune a motor that is fundamentally incompatible with the drive's power range or control algorithms.
- Manual adjustments to advanced motor model parameters (e.g., P5-06) creating inconsistencies with basic nameplate data.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
1. Cross-reference all motor nameplate parameters (P3-01 Motor rated power, P3-02 Motor rated current, etc.) against the motor's physical label.
- 2
2. Ensure the entered motor voltage (P3-03) matches the actual supply voltage configuration for the motor.
- 3
3. Reset all motor parameters to default values (P3-00 = 0) and re-enter them carefully from the nameplate.
- 4
4. Verify that the drive's rated output current and voltage are appropriate for the connected motor's ratings.
- 5
5. If using a custom or specialty motor, ensure it meets the drive's general motor compatibility specifications.
