Live zero fault

Danfoss · VLT 2800 Variable Speed Drive

¿Qué significa 2 ?

The voltage or current signal on terminal 53 or 60 has dropped below 50% of its preset minimum scaling value (parameter 309 or 315). This indicates a problem with the analog input signal that the drive uses for control or feedback.

Causas comunes

  • Disconnected or damaged sensor cable to analog input terminal 53 (voltage) or 60 (current).
  • Faulty analog sensor providing a signal below the minimum configured range (e.g., less than 2V for 0-10V, or 4mA for 4-20mA).
  • Incorrect scaling parameters P3-09 (AI1 low reference) or P3-15 (AI2 low reference) set too high, expecting a value not being provided.
  • External noise or ground loop interfering with the low-level analog signal, causing it to drop below threshold.

Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación

Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.

  1. 1

    1. Measure the voltage (using a DMM on VDC range) or current (using an inline ammeter) directly at analog input terminal 53 or 60 to verify the sensor output.

  2. 2

    2. Check the integrity and continuity of the shielded sensor cable from the sensor to the drive's analog input terminals.

  3. 3

    3. Review parameters P3-08 (AI1 min value) and P3-09 (AI1 low reference) for terminal 53, or P3-14 and P3-15 for terminal 60, ensuring they match the sensor's expected range.

  4. 4

    4. Power cycle the sensor and the drive to reset any transient issues.

  5. 5

    5. If using a 4-20mA sensor, verify the loop power supply (e.g., 24VDC) is stable and within specification.
