This fault indicates an internal problem with the drive's switch mode power supply, which is responsible for internal voltage regulation. This is an internal hardware failure within the drive itself.

• Internal hardware failure of the drive's auxiliary switch mode power supply (SMPS) components (e.g., capacitors, ICs, transformers).
• Degradation or failure of electrolytic capacitors within the SMPS due to age, heat, or voltage stress.
• Transient voltage spike or brownout condition on the main input power affecting the SMPS startup or operation.
• Short circuit on one of the internal low voltage DC rails powered by the SMPS, causing it to shut down.
• Firmware corruption or internal communication error affecting the SMPS control.
