F64
Drive Overload
Allen-Bradley · PowerFlex 4 Adjustable Frequency
¿Qué significa F64 ?
This fault indicates that the drive itself has experienced an overload condition, where its internal thermal model or output current has exceeded safe limits over a period of time. This protects the drive's power components from overheating.
Causas comunes
- Drive's internal thermal monitoring detected excessive temperature.
- Motor current consistently high, causing drive heating.
- Insufficient cooling airflow to drive heatsink.
- Ambient temperature too high for drive operation.
Pasos de reparación & Lista de verificación
Haga clic en los pasos para seguir su progreso.
- 1
Reduce the mechanical load on the motor to decrease the current demand on the drive.
- 2
Increase parameter P039 [Accel Time1] or A067 [Accel Time2] to extend the acceleration time, reducing stress on the drive during startup.
- 3
Verify that the motor's actual running current under load does not consistently exceed the drive's rated output current.
