STO input mismatch

¿Qué significa 10035 ?

The drive (MotiFlex e100, MotiFlex e180, MicroFlex e190) has detected a mismatch in its internal Safe Torque Off (STO) registers, meaning the two redundant STO inputs are not in the same state. This error can occur when the drive is enabled or disabled.

• A difference in the logical state (e.g., voltage level) between the two redundant STO inputs.
• Timing discrepancies in the connected external safety circuit, causing one STO channel to switch state before the other.
• Wiring fault in the external safety circuit, causing one STO input to register a different state.
• Incorrect adjustment of the STOMISMATCHTIME parameter, making the drive too sensitive to minor timing differences.

   Use a multimeter to simultaneously check the state (voltage) of both drive STO inputs at the terminals to ensure they are in the same logical state.

   Inspect the wiring of the external safety circuit for any faults, such as partial breaks or intermittent connections, that might cause one STO input to change state before the other.

   If timing discrepancies in the safety circuit are suspected, carefully adjust the STOMISMATCHTIME parameter in the drive configuration to account for these differences.
