Program Not Started, No Application Running in Safety Module

The safety program is not started, or no application is running in the SM560-S Safety Module. This prevents the safety CPU from performing its intended safety functions.

• The safety module's program has not started execution.
• No application logic is currently running in the safety module.
• Power-up sequence issue for the safety module.
• Configuration error preventing program startup.
