What does CPF23 mean?

An option board is not correctly connected to the control board or an option board that is not made for the Drive is attached. This indicates a physical connection issue or hardware mismatch, risking improper communication or drive malfunction.

• Option board is not fully seated or improperly aligned within the drive's dedicated option slot.
• Incompatible option board model installed that is not designed for the specific drive series.
• Bent or damaged connector pins on either the option board or the drive's internal receiving slot.
• Debris or foreign material inside the option board slot preventing full insertion or electrical contact.
• Internal hardware fault on the drive's control board preventing correct recognition of the option board.

   Power down the drive, remove the option board, and carefully re-insert it ensuring it is fully and correctly seated.
