No process gas!

Kuka · LaserTech 3.1

What does MissingProcess- Gas mean?

The required process gas supply is either off, depleted, or not reaching the laser system at the required pressure. This prevents proper laser operation and affects process quality.

Common Causes

  • Process gas supply is interrupted or absent.
  • Low pressure detected in the process gas line.
  • Gas flow sensor failure or blockage.
  • Incorrect gas mixture detected.
  • Gas cylinder depleted or valve closed.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.
