S-0-0011 Bit 10

Power Supply Phase Error

Indramat · dds 2.1 digital servo drive User Manual

What does S-0-0011 Bit 10 mean?

A Class 1 Diagnostic indicating an issue with one or more phases of the incoming three-phase AC power supply to the DDS 2.1 drive. This typically means a phase loss or significant imbalance, leading to a drive shutdown. The drive decelerates to zero speed and shuts down torque. This condition is reset only after the cause is cleared and the command 'Reset Class 1 Diagnostics' is received via the service channel.

Common Causes

  • Loss of one or more phases of the incoming AC power supply.
  • Blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker in one of the supply phases.
  • Severe voltage imbalance between the incoming phases.
  • Loose or corroded connection on one of the incoming power phases.
  • Faulty phase detection circuit within the DDS 2.1 drive.

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Measure the incoming three-phase AC supply voltages (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) at the DDS 2.1 input terminals to confirm all phases are present and balanced.

  2. 2

Check all fuses and circuit breakers in the input power line for continuity or tripped status.

  3. 3

Inspect all power wiring connections to the DDS 2.1 drive for tightness, corrosion, or damage on each phase.

  4. 4

Verify that the power supply network is stable and not experiencing phase loss upstream.

  5. 5

If the error persists and incoming power is stable, an internal fault in the drive's phase detection may be present.
