This condition is critical and is influenced by ambient temperature, motor load, and drive switching frequency, risking damage to the drive if not addressed.

• Drive internal IGBT temperature is too high for the current operating conditions
• Ambient temperature around the drive is excessively high, reducing cooling efficiency
• Motor load is too high or mismatched with the drive's capacity
• Switching frequency (parameter 315) is set too high, increasing IGBT losses
