What does 15 mean?

A fitted option card or module is not compatible or operational with the current control board hardware or software version in the frequency converter. This prevents the unit from functioning correctly and requires contacting support for resolution. Incorrect component pairings can lead to system instability.

• Incompatible option card (e.g., I/O board, fieldbus card) inserted into the drive, not supported by the main control board's firmware version.
• Option card not fully seated in its designated slot, leading to poor electrical contact with the main control board.
• Firmware version of the installed option card is incompatible with the drive's main control board firmware version.
• Damaged or faulty option card itself, preventing proper communication or recognition by the drive.
