   Measure the main input voltage (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L1) at the drive's R/L1, S/L2, T/L3 terminals and verify against the nominal supply voltage.

   Inspect all main power input wiring connections at the drive terminals and upstream power distribution for looseness, corrosion, or signs of damage.

   Verify drive parameters related to input voltage settings and undervoltage trip levels (e.g., L1-01, L2-01) match the actual system supply and electrical drawings.
