F35406

TM150 Temperature Fault Channel 10

Siemens · SINAMICS S120/S150 List

What does F35406 mean?

This fault is triggered when the actual temperature (r4105[10]) for channel 10 on the Terminal Module 150 (TM150) exceeds its configured fault threshold (p4102[21]), or if an associated timer (p4103[10]) expires. If a BICO interconnection exists, this fault will cause the drive to shut down. The fault will persist until the temperature falls below the threshold (minus hysteresis) and is acknowledged.

Additional Steps

Steps 1–2 are listed in Priority Fix.

  1. 3

Inspect the temperature sensor and its wiring for channel 10 on the TM150.

  2. 4

Verify that parameter p4102[21] is correctly configured, especially for PTC thermistors (p4100[10]=1), where p4102[21] must be <= 250 °C.

  3. 5

Investigate and eliminate the root cause of the temperature excursion, such as motor overload, insufficient cooling, or sensor malfunction.
