Common Causes
- A preceding safety-related fault (e.g., C01706 (SAM/SBR limit exceeded), C01714) has commanded the STOP B state.
- An external safety monitoring device or PLC output has initiated a STOP B ramp-down via the drive's safety inputs.
- The drive's internal safety functions have detected a critical deviation, requiring a rapid, controlled deceleration (STOP B).
- Incorrect parameterization of a safety function (e.g., acceleration limits, brake ramp monitoring) leading to an unintended STOP B.
