Emergency Stop Timeout

What does 30 mean?

Immediate switch-off because the drive is overloaded or the emergency stop ramp is configured too short. The drive is unable to decelerate to a stop within the programmed emergency stop time.

Common Causes

  • Emergency stop signal not received within the expected timeframe.
  • Emergency stop button remains pressed after acknowledgment.
  • Faulty wiring to the emergency stop input.
  • E-stop signal lost due to communication error.
