Constant Data Out of Range
Yaskawa · E7 Drive
Hva betyr OPE02 ?
An Operator Programming Error indicating a parameter has been set above its allowable range. The Drive will not operate until the parameter is set correctly.
Vanlige årsaker
- A drive parameter (e.g., acceleration time C1-01, maximum frequency C0-01) has been manually entered with a value exceeding its defined upper limit.
- A calculated parameter (e.g., resulting from other interconnected parameter settings) has inadvertently pushed a dependent parameter out of its valid range.
- An incorrect parameter group (e.g., 'Standard' vs 'Advanced') or drive mode selection is active, causing parameter ranges to shift unexpectedly.
- Attempting to restore parameters from a backup file that was created on a different drive model or firmware version.
- Firmware corruption or an internal memory error causing the drive to misinterpret parameter limits.

- 1
1. Identify the specific parameter causing the fault (often displayed on the operator or in diagnostic logs). Refer to the parameter manual.
- 2
2. For the identified parameter (e.g., C1-01), verify its allowable minimum and maximum setting range in the drive's parameter manual.
- 3
3. Adjust the parameter value to be strictly within its specified valid range. Save the parameter change.
- 4
4. If the faulty parameter is not explicitly displayed, perform a factory reset (e.g., A1-03 = 2220) and re-enter all parameters carefully from scratch.
- 5
5. Check if the drive is operating in a specific mode (e.g., PLC mode, custom control mode) that might affect parameter ranges; switch to a standard mode for troubleshooting.
