An OH1 fault signals an overheat condition specifically caused by the failure or malfunction of the drive's internal cooling fan. When L8-32 is enabled, this fault will occur, indicating that the drive's ability to dissipate heat is compromised. Prolonged operation without adequate cooling will inevitably lead to damage of internal power components and system shutdown.

• The drive's internal cooling fan has failed (e.g., motor seized, blades broken, bearing wear).
• Accumulation of excessive dust and debris on the fan blades, impeding rotation or reducing efficiency.
• Malfunction in the fan's power supply circuit or control logic, preventing its operation.
• A foreign object obstructing the fan blades, preventing them from spinning freely.
• Parameter L8-32 (Fan Fault Detection) is enabled and correctly detecting a fan malfunction.
