Auto-tuning Data Error
Yaskawa · E7 Drive
Hva betyr Er - 01 ?
An error was detected in the data input for auto-tuning or in the relationship between the motor output and motor rated current. This prevents successful auto-tuning, which is crucial for optimal drive performance and motor control.
Vanlige årsaker
- Incorrect motor nameplate data (e.g., motor rated current, rated voltage, rated speed) entered into drive parameters (P3-01 to P3-05).
- Motor not connected or incorrect wiring between drive output terminals (U, V, W) and motor terminals.
- Significant mismatch between the drive's rated output and the motor's actual power rating.
- Motor overload or mechanical binding preventing the motor from moving freely during the tuning process.
- Encoder feedback issue (if using closed-loop auto-tuning) preventing accurate speed/position measurement.
Reparasjonssteg & Sjekkliste
Klikk på steg for å spore fremgangen.
- 1
1. Verify all motor nameplate data entered into drive parameters (e.g., P3-01 (Motor Rated Current), P3-02 (Motor Rated Voltage)) for accuracy.
- 2
2. Confirm wiring continuity and correct phase sequence between drive output terminals (U, V, W) and motor terminals.
- 3
3. Ensure the motor shaft is free to rotate without mechanical binding or excessive load during the auto-tuning sequence.
- 4
4. Check for proper grounding of the motor frame and drive to prevent measurement inaccuracies.
- 5
5. Attempt to run the motor in manual mode (without auto-tuning) at a low frequency (e.g., 5 Hz) to confirm basic operation.
- 6
6. If using an encoder, verify encoder wiring integrity and signal presence at the feedback option card terminals.
