This fault occurs if an IOC (Internal Overcurrent) fault is detected during the power wiring test, indicating a problem with the drive's power wiring. This signifies a serious wiring discrepancy or an internal component issue that could lead to immediate overcurrent conditions and damage.

• Short circuit between motor output phases (U, V, W) or from any output phase to ground.
• Incorrect connection of input power wiring to output terminals (L1, L2, L3 accidentally connected to U, V, W).
• Damage to the motor cable or motor windings creating a low resistance path detected during the initial self-test.
• Internal drive hardware fault in the current sensing circuit or IGBTs detected during the pre-charge sequence.

   1. Power down the drive. Disconnect motor wires from drive output terminals U, V, W.
