This fault is typically issued if Alarm A07015 persists beyond the configured time in p0607, indicating a sustained issue such as wire breakage, disconnected sensor, or out-of-range resistance values (e.g., KTY: R > 1630 Ohm or R < 50 Ohm, PTC: R < 20 Ohm).

• Critical overheating of the motor windings due to prolonged overload or severe cooling system failure.
• Complete failure (e.g., open circuit, short circuit) of the motor temperature sensor or its connecting cable.
• Failure of the motor's integrated cooling fan or severe, permanent obstruction of the cooling air path.
• Severe damage to motor winding insulation due to previous sustained overtemperature events.
• Incorrect motor temperature sensor type (P0600) selected, leading to misinterpretation of sensor resistance values as a critical fault.

   1. Immediately shut down the machine and allow the motor to cool down to ambient temperature before further diagnostics.
