This fault indicates a detected communication error on the CANopen communication card. This can be caused by wiring issues, incorrect CANopen node settings, or problems with the CANopen master device. Without resolving this, the drive will lose its CANopen network control capabilities, halting automated operation and remote diagnostics.

• Incorrect CANopen node ID (P5-10) or baud rate (P5-11) configured on the drive.
• Missing or incorrect bus termination resistors (120 Ohm) at the ends of the CANopen network segment.
• Damaged CAN_H and CAN_L wiring leading to signal integrity issues or short circuits.
• CANopen master device failure or incorrect configuration (e.g., not sending NMT messages).
• Excessive network cable length or incorrect cable type for CANopen specifications.
